Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and bookings quotas – monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Create and manage assigned territory plan and detailed account plans for top tier customers
- Prospect for and qualify new customers, identify needs, prepare and deliver proposals to close sales
- Conduct sales face-face visits, progress sales over the phone and via email with customers
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, operations and the senior leadership team to both determine new approaches to achieving breakthrough performance and to win and grow large accounts
- Maintain meticulous email, phone and customer contact records in Sales Force and prepares sales forecast reports as required and directed by Sales & Marketing Director.
- Maintain a 30 day and 90 day rolling sales forecast. Provide inputs to annual sales forecast process.
- Understand competition in region and general business climate.
- Develop and accurately scope quotations, in collaboration with technical members of the team.
- Possess and continually develop and maintain the strongest of skills through advanced training & study
- Perform other duties as assigned including backing up of other territory sales team members during times of sickness or PTO to allow continuous customer support.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior wireless test and certification industry technical sales experience with a focus on regulatory services, OTA and other wireless certification knowledge a plus but not essential.
- This role requires the applicant to be a self-starter with an ability to work autonomously with minimal to no supervision. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quota targets.
- Bachelor’s Electrical Engineering degree – or equivalent number of years of experience in related technical field required.
- Must have regulatory certification knowledge and sales experience (FCC, RED, PTCRB, GCF, ITA,SAR etc)
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM tool required.
- Empathy, organizational skills, teamwork, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel up to 25% is required.

- This role reports into the Director of Sales & Marketing.
